Each set of Parallettes are made to order, please allow up to 10 business days tor receive your order.

Covid-19 Dispatching delays

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne and we are experiencing delays of up to a week in dispatching orders, as we navigate our way around the current restrictions. We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Returns

Each parallette is hand crafted from locally sourced, original Tasmanian Oak. Because of the natural aspect of wood, each piece is unique and may come with markings that are representative of natural timber. We work hard to ensure that each set is of the highest quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be in original/unused condition
A copy of the invoice is included
Within 30 days of purchase
